Responsibilities

- Provide Business Analysis and Change Management services to support:
- Secure network and access modernization initiatives
- VPN replacement and network transformation activities
- IT service management platform integration
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Operational readiness and transition planning
- Stakeholder engagement and communications
- Training and knowledge transfer
- Transition to operations and ongoing support

Key Deliverables

- Current-state and future-state assessments
- Business and technical requirements documentation
- Process maps, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices (RTMs)
- Change impact assessments
- Communications and stakeholder engagement plans
- Service design and operational readiness documentation
- Training materials and knowledge transfer sessions
- Operational support models, procedures, and runbooks
- Migration roadmaps and implementation planning
- Governance and testing support
- Transition-to-operations plans
- Benefits realization and reporting





Required Experience

- Senior Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
- Change Management leadership and delivery experience
