Title: Senior Business Analyst – US PAYMENTS

Location: Toronto, ON (4 days/Week HYBRID)

Duration: Long term assignment

Key Responsibilities

- 12+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including 4–5 years in payments domain.
- Solid understanding of payment fundamentals, including Wire Payments, ACH, and preferably US Fedwire.
- Experience working with payment engines such as Fiserv, Finastra, ACI, Volante, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on and technically savvy with Postman, Kafka browser, database querying, JSON, data analysis, and data mapping.
- Ability to investigate issues, validate data flows, and work directly with systems to identify and resolve problems
