Qualifications

- 8+ years of Capital Markets consulting or business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and financial products




- Experience working with senior business stakeholders
- Excellent documentation and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Analyze current-state business processes
- Design future-state operating models and workflows
- Develop business cases and solution recommendationsCreate functional specifications and user stories
- Support UAT planning and execution
