Our technology client is seeking a Senior Capital Markets Sales Technology Lead to lead sales technology solutions using equity derivatives, structured products, OMS, Python, and Java

Join a technology-focused capital markets setting delivering sales and distribution platforms for equity derivatives and structured products. This role drives the architecture, development, and enhancement of OMS workflows, vendor platform integrations, Bloomberg structured note contribution workflows, and scalable trade data platforms. The position supports complex structured product distribution initiatives across internal and external channels while partnering closely with sales, trading, compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders.

Must Haves

- 8+ years in software engineering within capital markets or financial services
- Python, Java, and full-stack delivery across sales technology platforms
- Equity derivatives, structured notes, autocallables, barrier options, and equity-linked products
- SIMON, Luma, Evooq, OTCX, Halo, CAIS, Bloomberg, BSYM/BBGID, RESTful APIs, and FIX

Nice to Have





- Cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment including AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
- Exposure to structured products across rates, credit, or FX
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in regulated environments
- Data engineering or ETL pipelines for reporting and analytics
- Regulatory framework familiarity including Dodd-Frank or SEC Reg BI

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of sales technology solutions supporting equity derivatives and structured products distribution
- Architect and own a scalable OMS covering initiation, pre-trade checks, execution, booking, settlement, and post-trade management
- Build integrations with SIMON, Luma, Evooq, OTCX, Halo, and CAIS platforms
- Manage Bloomberg structured note contribution workflows and secondary market price publication through the BSYM/BBGID framework
- Design relational database schemas and MongoDB document models supporting trade data and reporting pipelines
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams to support regulatory requirements including MiFID II
- Monitor system performance, manage incident response, and maintain production system reliability
