Overview

Our financial services client is seeking an experienced Senior Campus Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for early talent programs across Canada. This role partners with hiring leaders to attract top student talent, build strategic campus relationships, and deliver innovative recruitment initiatives that enhance the candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.

Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for co-op, internship, new graduate, and early career hiring
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies and talent pipelines
- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations
- Plan and deliver campus recruitment events, presentations, and networking initiatives
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using social media, recruitment platforms, and campus partnerships
- Provide market insights and recruitment guidance to business stakeholders
- Track recruitment metrics and leverage technology to improve hiring outcomes
- Promote an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications




- 2–4 years of experience in campus, early talent, or graduate recruitment
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Solid stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Experience planning recruitment events and campus engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems

Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter , or similar platforms
- Financial services or large enterprise recruitment experience
- Knowledge of talent pipeline planning and workforce strategy
- Experience managing recruitment vendors or budgets
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
