The Civil
Estimator will take ownership of the company’s estimating activities and work directly with the President to ensure a smooth transition and optimize existing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates and bids for civil engineering projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and tender documents.
- Take ownership of and optimize the existing estimating system, primarily Excel-based.
- Improve estimating methods and processes.
- Work closely with the President and the team.
