Role Description The Senior Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home.

The Senior

Consultant will lead client engagements, assess business needs, and design solutions in performance management, data analytics, and business intelligence. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, translating business objectives into technical designs, configuring and implementing software tools, and developing dashboards and reports. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional client teams, presenting findings and recommendations, and providing ongoing support and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption.

Consultant is expected to contribute to methodology development, mentor junior team members, and support business development activities such as proposals and solution demonstrations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in data analytics and business intelligence, including experience with analytics platforms and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in performance management concepts, such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI development.
- Experience with implementation of enterprise software solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical specifications and practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading client-facing projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid workplace, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in analytics, BI tools, project management) are an asset.
- Consulting experience in corporate or enterprise environments, preferably in performance management, data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
