We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer who will be responsible for designing and developer database systems, data models and schemas, as well as building data pipelines assembling large, complex data sets for analytical purposes. In this role, you will… Work in an Agile team while collaborating with other teams across product lines to define database requirements and technical specifications.

Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts, procedures, packages, and functions. Support database design, schema changes, and data model improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and data integrity.

Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases and related components.

Build and support ETL processes and data pipelines for reporting and downstream integrations.

Monitor database health, troubleshoot Oracle performance issues, and implement tuning improvements.

Manage database security, access controls, backup/recovery processes, and deployment support.

Create and maintain technical documentation and track database development activities. Why you are the person we’re looking for… You’ve demonstrated the ability to do the following, gained through education and/or experience: Strong understanding of relational database design and logical/physical data modeling.

Practical experience using SQL and PL/SQL for database operations, scripting,



and automation.

Solid working knowledge of relational database platforms, especially Oracle 19c/23ai and Exadata Cloud Customer (ExaCC) familiarity with cloud technologies, including Oracle OCI and Azure, is a strong plus.

Experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle APEX for maintaining, supporting, or developing database-driven applications.

Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting and automation.

Proven ability to build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using technologies such as Talend, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.

Experience in automated database deployment experience using Liquibase The following is not required but will be a bonus: AI-assisted database development is a nice-to-have capability that may help streamline development and maintenance activities.

Starting base salary range: $120,000 - $130,000/year
