Your responsibilities include guiding care staff, evaluating nursing practices, and implementing clinical best practices. Coordinate and evaluate nursing care in assigned teams
Mentor and manage performance of all care staff




Implement AgeCare Clinical Best Practice Programs
Monitor safety and injury prevention measures
Participate in accreditation and corporate initiativesRequirements:
RN Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with CARNA membership
5 years’ leadership experience in nursing care
Knowledge of Long Term Care regulations
Experience with dementia care
