Job Description
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities. They support the Director in the daily maintenance of buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities
Respond efficiently to internal service calls from various departments.
Perform daily maintenance tasks: repairs, adjustments, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
Understand ventilation, plumbing, electrical, heating, and refrigeration systems.
Carry out minor carpentry, painting, assembly, or equipment replacement work.
Conduct regular inspections to detect any breakdowns or potential malfunctions.
Maintain outdoor areas: cleaning, surfaces,



and furniture.
Be present and responsive during emergency situations (breakdowns, outages, weather conditions).
Collaborate with internal teams to minimize impact on the guest experience.
Manage and maintain tools and equipment used on site.
Oversee the opening and maintenance of spas, the pool, and the sauna.

Profile Sought
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS/DEP) in building maintenance.
Hands-on experience in building maintenance, ideally in a hotel or commercial setting.
Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks in an active service setting.
Autonomy, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
Robust communication skills with internal users (staff), with a solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency with tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
