Accurately unload and sort freight under strict timelines
Count freight and manage mixed product inventory
Adhere to protected lifting practices throughout tasks
Complete shrink wrapping for outgoing products
Monitor the safety and functionality of dock equipment Requirements:
Proficient English verbal and written skills
Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs safely
At least 18 years old for night shifts
Experience with refrigerated items preferred
