Role: Senior F&O; Functional Finance Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time A leading global consultancy is looking for an experienced D365 F&O; Functional Finance Consultant to join its growing Microsoft practice. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation programmes across enterprise clients, delivering end-to-end Finance solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The Role & responsibilities:

You will work closely with stakeholders, finance teams, and technical consultants to deliver high-quality D365 F&O; Finance implementations. The role will involve leading workshops, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, supporting testing phases, and providing strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead D365 F&O; Finance workstreams across full project lifecycles
- Gather and analyse business requirements from finance stakeholders
- Configure and optimise D365 Finance modules
- Run client workshops and provide functional expertise
- Support solution design, testing, training, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure successful delivery
- Provide best practice recommendations and process improvements





Requirements / previous experience desired:

- Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Expertise across Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management
- Minimum 4 years’ prior experience working within a consultancy environment
- Experience delivering full lifecycle D365 F&O; implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, enterprise delivery environments
