- Represent Manitoba Hydro in technical societies and standards organizations Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with nine years of direct experience

- Advanced understanding of HVDC controls and systems
- Ability to achieve Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba membership
