Position: building maintenance worker

Location: 5985 Atlantic Dr, Mississauga, ON L4W 1S4 (On site)

Work arrangements: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Perform minor repairs on appliances
Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Salary $ 37.00 HOUR hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week
