Procurement Manager

We are partnering with a growing food and beverage manufacturer in the Mississauga area to permanent a Procurement Manager to support their expanding operations.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners to strengthen daily operations, support capacity growth, and help build a productive, well-coordinated manufacturing workplace. This role will play a key part in ensuring continuity of supply, cost control, and vendor performance across a quick-paced, high-volume production setting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead purchasing activities across raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend
Develop and manage supplier relationships,



including negotiations and performance tracking Ensure continuity of supply to meet production schedules and customer demand
Partner with operations, production, QA, and supply chain teams to align procurement strategies Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting initiatives Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier risk Support inventory optimization and reduce waste/obsolete stock
Drive continuous improvement within procurement processes and systems

Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain leadership roles.
Experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing is required
Strong understanding of materials handling, procurement workflows, and inventory-related processes.
Experience sourcing and procuring imported ingredients
