The MissionAs Lead Captain & Flight Operations Manager, you will combine line flying with operational leadership to deliver safe, seamless, and discreet travel for corporate passengers while shaping a culture of excellence across the flight department.Serve as PIC on business jet missions, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and passenger care.Plan and execute trips end-to-end, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and contingency planning.Provide day-to-day oversight of flight operations; lead, mentor, and briefflight crews to a consistent standard.Manage crew scheduling and roster integrity, ensuring compliance with FAA flight and duty time limitations.Coordinate with maintenance to assure aircraft airworthiness, MEL/CDL management, and timely defect resolution.Maintain and refine operational manuals, SOPs, and regulatory documentation.Champion safety management and risk mitigation, facilitating reporting, trend analysis, and safety meetings.Liaise professionally with executives, assistants, vendors, and FBOs; uphold discretion and executive presence at all times.What You'll BringExperience operating within a corporate flight department setting.Strong working knowledge of FARs and FAA guidance material.Proven leadership as Chief Pilot, Training Captain,
