We are seeking a highly capable Manager, Marketing AI Enablement to lead the development and implementation of AI‑enabled marketing workflows across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Transformation Office, this role is responsible for identifying high‑value use cases, selecting appropriate AI tools, and establishing scalable workflows that enhance content development, creative support, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

In either case, the candidate must be able to assess use cases, select fit‑for‑purpose tools, and implement workflows that enhance speed, quality, and consistency across day‑to‑day marketing operations.
This role will be based in our Burlington Ontario Head Office, with option to work in the Toronto office 1-2 days/week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement AI‑enabled marketing workflows across content development, design support, publishing, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI models, tools, and configurations for defined marketing use cases.
- Configure and connect tools, workflows, and systems to enable effective day‑to‑day use of AI within marketing.
- Embed AI into core marketing processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and output quality.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and are adopted in practice.
- Partner with IT and other internal teams, as required, to support responsible and effective deployment.
- Use automation and AI orchestration to reduce manual effort and improve the speed and consistency of marketing operations.
- Monitor, refine, and improve AI‑enabled workflows based on output quality, user adoption, and business impact.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, digital marketing systems, applied AI workflow design, automation, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of marketing workflows, campaign execution, content production, and performance measurement.
- Hands‑on experience evaluating and using AI platforms and models in support of marketing use cases, either as a marketing practitioner or within a technical delivery role.
- Experience designing and improving automated workflows that connect AI tools with marketing platforms, data sources, and reporting environments.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical, usable solutions for business teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and execution skills.
- Experience in regulated, financial services, or investment‑related environments is an asset.
The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 plus discretionary bonuses. The actual base salary offered will take into consideration factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.
