About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Facilities Management to provide global leadership in the development and execution of integrated facilities management strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading global standards and governance for various workplace operations and critical workplace services. This role requires a deep understanding of managing outsourced service delivery at scale, including commercial discipline, performance management, and the ability to lead through change.



The Vice President will also be accountable for building trusted partnerships, overseeing the performance of critical building infrastructure, and leading initiatives in sustainability, energy management, and regulatory compliance.

Applicants must have extensive senior leadership experience in corporate real estate and integrated facilities management within large, complex global organizations. The role demands a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise-aligned strategies, robust commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities operations, critical infrastructure resilience, and emergency management, as well as exceptional leadership and people development skills. Spanish language capability is considered an asset.
