Become an integral member of the Land Development team at EXP in Calgary, AB, as a Design Technologist. You’ll engage in the design of various municipal infrastructure while leveraging your AutoCAD Civil 3D expertise.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers and project managers on large-scale developments, enhancing your experience in the Land Development sector. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality engineering drawings and performing calculations for numerous infrastructure projects, all in a supportive team workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create designs for water mains, sewer systems, and roadways
• Conduct calculations under the guidance of professional engineers
• Work with AutoCAD Civil 3D throughout project phases




• Ensure engineering drawings are ready for authorities
• Prepare record drawings for completed land development projects
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering Degree or Technology Diploma required
• Minimum 3 years experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with valuable organizational abilities
• Valid driver's license essential
