Your key focus will be on developing continuous-wave fiber optic systems and pulsed laser systems. Bring your expertise in optical fibers to test performance, analyze results, and communicate findings with the design team.Key Responsibilities:
Test and characterize optical fiber products
Design laser systems and optical amplifiers
Develop simulation models for photonic systems
Present performance testing results effectively
Plan impactful test bench assembliesRequirements:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Physical Engineering or related field
Minimum three years in a photonics laboratory
Robust knowledge of optical fibers; COMSOL experience an asset
Proficient in French and English
