JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer to fill a net recent role for an enterprise retail client. This individual will join a high-impact digital product team focused on designing and enhancing applications that support store operations and customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about human-centered design and excels at transforming complex business, technical, and user challenges into intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage research, data, and customer insights to influence product direction while balancing user needs with business objectives.



The Senior UX Designer will partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow UX professionals to advocate for the end user and deliver exceptional experiences across digital platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
4 years of experience in UX/UI role
Experience working with Figma
Playbook UX/User Testing preferred
Experience analyzing data to create effective UX Design.
Project and change management

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience working with Miro
