We are looking for a Mechanic / Technician to join the Mont-Royal Chevrolet team!

As a Mechanic / Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles. You will work in a contemporary workshop alongside an experienced team, with access to ongoing training on GM technologies. Your expertise will help ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs according to manufacturer standards.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
Read and interpret repair orders, technical diagrams, and workshop manuals.
Ensure the quality of work performed within the scheduled timeframes.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and adhere to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the technical team and the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.




Participate in continuing education programs offered by the manufacturer and the dealership

Desired Profile
Experience as an automotive mechanic/technician.
Solid diagnostic skills and a commitment to quality work.
Team player with a professional attitude.
Methodical, organized, and procedure-oriented.
Knowledge of diagnostic tools (a significant asset).
Knowledge of GM vehicles (an asset)

Salary: Class 1: $45/hour, Class 2: $43/hour, Class 3: $39.75/hour

Work schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday
