We are seeking an experienced

Senior ISAM Developer with strong expertise in

IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)

and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing secure authentication, authorization, and federation solutions while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) solutions.

- Configure and manage WebSEAL, junctions, ACLs, and Protected Object Space (POS).

- Develop and maintain authentication, authorization, and federation solutions using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

- Create and maintain mapping rules and policy scripts for federation workflows.

- Develop secure Java/Spring Boot REST APIs and support microservices-based applications.

- Troubleshoot IAM, authentication, networking, and security-related issues.

- Work closely with application, infrastructure, and security teams to implement enterprise IAM solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).

- Expertise in WebSEAL, ACLs, junctions, session and cookie management.





- Experience with SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and federation technologies.

- Solid Java development experience using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, token-based authentication, and identity lifecycle management.

- Experience with Linux/Unix, HTTP/S, TLS, cookies, headers, and network troubleshooting.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA).

- Knowledge of LDAP and IBM Security Directory Server.

- Experience with API Gateways, WAF, reverse proxies, and mTLS.

- Exposure to OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Nexus, or Artifactory.

- Banking or Financial Services domain experience with security and compliance standards (SOC2, PCI, PIPEDA).
