Our client is seeking a talented Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a highly respected litigation practice known for handling complex, high-stakes matters and delivering exceptional advocacy on behalf of its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of complex civil litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, factums, opinions, and other litigation documents

• Develop case strategies and provide strategic legal advice to clients

• Participate in discoveries, mediations, negotiations, hearings, and trial preparation

• Assist with complex motions and court proceedings before various levels of court

• Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and litigation teams on sophisticated files

• Communicate effectively with clients,



opposing counsel, experts, and other stakeholders

• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

• Experience practicing civil litigation in a reputable law firm environment

• Strong advocacy, legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

• Experience managing litigation files with increasing levels of responsibility

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to develop practical legal strategies

• A demonstrated interest in complex litigation and dispute resolution
