Torngat Metals is searching for an experienced Director of Government Relations to enhance its government engagement across multiple levels in Canada, particularly in Québec and Newfoundland & Labrador. You will directly influence project approvals and public policies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Your expertise will help position the company as a key player in the energy transition and critical minerals sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic government relations aligned with corporate goals
• Foster relationships with elected officials and regulators




• Coordinate projects related to permitting and public policy
• Monitor legislative developments affecting the mining sector
• Support executive team in international government engagements

Requirements:
• Over 10 years in government relations or public policy
• Experience with federal and provincial governments
• Knowledge of Québec and Newfoundland & Labrador policies
• Robust communication skills in French and English
• Proven ability to influence in multi-stakeholder environments
