About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Global Payments to provide strategic and operational support to the Global Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating leadership priorities into actionable plans, driving key business objectives, and ensuring the organization remains focused on high-impact initiatives.



This role requires a strategic partner with a solid background in business operations, strategy, and transformation, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or B2B services sectors. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in global business unit alignment, process improvement, and will serve as a key liaison for communication and stakeholder management.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or business administration, with at least 5 years' of experience in a senior operational role. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in driving execution across senior stakeholders, robust project and program management skills, and the ability to build and manage scalable processes. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven, commercially grounded mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, quick-paced, growth-oriented business environment. High levels of discretion, resilience, and maturity are essential, as is the ability to handle confidential matters and senior-level interactions with professionalism.
