With outstanding compassion and respect, you will coordinate resident care by administering medications, dressings, and ensuring compliance with individual and therapeutic nursing care plans. You will work closely with the beneficiary attendants and assistant head nurses on your unit to promote a energetic and warm setting for your residents.
Responsabilities :
Clinically supervise your unit
Contribute to quality of care
Administer medication and coordiante with pharmacy
Communicate with family members
Provide palliative care
Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ) member
Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) in Health Assistance & Nursing Care
Two to five years' experience
Must be bilingual. This position requires English to meet residents' needs, who are primarily English speakers
