This position at Providence allows you to be part of a energetic team that includes Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. You will be responsible for managing complex pediatric cases and implementing child-centered therapeutic strategies. Collaboration with families and engagement in classroom environments are key aspects of this role, requiring strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat preschool-aged children in educational settings
• Manage a diverse range of pediatric therapy caseloads
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on treatment plans
• Coach and guide educators in therapy goal implementation
• Support family engagement in the therapy process
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Active registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta
• First Aid and CPR certifications
• Pediatric physiotherapy experience
• Class 5 driver’s license with insurance
