Job Title: Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant

Job Type: 3 to 6-month Contract

Location: Hybrid Preferred – 100 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC, Canada (Remote considered for the right candidate)

Pay Rate: $74.00/hr Inc.

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, Monday–Friday)

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to support a 3–6 month project engagement focused on designing, administering, and optimizing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.

This consultant will provide senior-level technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, supporting complex client environments, migrations, governance initiatives, and security enhancements while working alongside cross-functional delivery teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Microsoft 365 specialist who can independently troubleshoot complex enterprise issues, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments.
- Support and troubleshoot: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Investigate root causes of complex issues and implement long-term fixes.




- Support Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, governance, security improvements, and configuration.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, networking, security, and endpoint teams.
- Produce technical documentation, solution recommendations, and implementation guides.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and support experience.
- Expert knowledge of: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview
- Strong experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting identity, messaging, collaboration, security, compliance, and endpoint management.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
