Location:Montreal, Quebec What you will be doing:

- Leadership and Governance:Lead end-to-end modernization, establish governance structures, facilitate committee meetings, and report on project status, risks, and budget.
- Agile Delivery Management:Oversee project execution via Agile principles, manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and team velocity, ensuring successful functional delivery.
- Vendor and Partner Management:Act as the primary liaison with external software engineering partners, coordinating across development, architecture, QA, DevOps, security, and integration teams.
- Stakeholder and Change Management:Mobilize business leaders, subject matter experts, and IT/SAP teams; lead organizational change, communication, UAT, and training activities.
- Risk, Budget, and Resource Management:Develop project plans, manage budgets and resource forecasting, mitigate risks/dependencies, and align project scope with business priorities.
- Deployment and Transition:Coordinate cutover planning,



deployment, stabilization, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer to support teams.

What you must have

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex software development or application modernization projects.
- Bilingualism (Required).
- Significant experience in delivering enterprise-scale Agile projects.
- Experience managing vendors, consulting firms, and system integrators.
- Expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, cloud environments, DevOps, CI/CD, and API integrations.
- Experience with SAP or integrated ERP environments (major asset).
- Understanding of AI-assisted software development practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
- Certification (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is an asset.
