Become the bridge between Agricorp and the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness as a Senior Program Specialist. This full time in-office role is critical for policy analysis and governance support.Agricorp is seeking a Senior Program and Policy Specialist to strengthen relationships and manage governance frameworks with governmental stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in public administration and policy analysis to support Agricorp's strategic initiatives and fulfill the secretariat responsibilities for financial protection boards. Engage with ministry leaders to ensure timely program development and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with OMAFA’s Lead for Agency Relations
Support governance forums and executive engagement




Advise on governance and program agreements
Coordinate secretariat services for financial protection boards
Lead program policy change initiativesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Minimum 5 years of relevant government program experience
Robust communication skills essential
Knowledge of Agricorp’s programs is an asset
