As a Data Team Lead, you will coordinate the efforts of Data Engineers and Power BI Developers, supporting project execution and mentoring to enhance team capabilities. This hands-on role demands attention to detail and a commitment to aligning technical work with business requirements.

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Data Architect to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate team activities and manage project backlog
Communicate technical needs and dependencies effectively




Assist in the implementation of data governance practices
Ensure continuous knowledge sharing among team members
Diagnose and resolve data-related issues

Requirements:
6–10+ years of relevant engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Proficient in SQL and data transformation
Familiarity with Microsoft data tools and platforms
Ability to provide mentoring and guidance to others
