A reliable, well-established Edmonton general contractor is hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) project delivery.

Low turnover, steady project pipeline: this is a place people tend to stay.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage assigned projects from preconstruction through close-out
Build and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans
Direct site teams to keep projects moving safely and on track
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Handle contracts, change orders, and subcontract agreements
Watch for risk and deal with issues before they escape
Keep projects on time and on budget, full stop

About You





The successful candidate will have the following:
5+ years of project management experience in ICI construction
Comfortable owning a budget and a schedule without hand-holding
Solid communicator, especially under pressure
Construction Management, Engineering, or related education
Gold Seal certification is a nice-to-have

About the Job

This is a permanent, full time role with a base salary in the $105,000 to $145,000 range depending on experience, plus perks and a long runway for growth.
