Collaborate closely with the Care and Services Manager to implement educational strategies that align with district needs.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver mandatory clinical training and education sessions
Select and instruct preceptors for new nursing students
Conduct needs analysis to refine the education plan
Operationalize the district’s educational initiatives
Champion ParaMed's policies and client-centered practicesRequirements:
Active Registered Practical Nurse license
3 to 5 years in adult education
Minimum 2 years as a practicing nurse in the community
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
