Key Responsibilities:
Supervise multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules
Develop detailed estimates for architectural and structural components




Validate material takeoffs from design drawings
Compile input from all estimating disciplines into one estimate
Prepare basis of cost estimate report deliverables

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 10 years in estimating and construction roles
Experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
Robust proficiency in estimating software like InEight or Sage
Client-facing experience and leadership capabilities
