We are seeking a talented individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering and over 5 years of experience in composite materials. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in fibre-reinforced composites, adhesives, and non-metallic joining methods.
You'll evaluate materials for current product development and engage in team-oriented problem-solving with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in composite materials for aerospace
Evaluate and select materials for product development
Investigate material failures and implement corrective actions
Support qualification for current manufacturing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering or related field
Minimum 5+ years experience in composite systems
Knowledge of thermoset and thermoplastic materials
Familiarity with injection and compression molding
Strong technical writing and presentation skills
