Saint Mary's University is hiring a full time Technology Analyst (Voice & Data) to enhance our enterprise information technology. This role focuses on technology architecture, infrastructure upgrades, and team collaboration.

As part of the Enterprise Information Technology team, you'll be integral in developing IT architecture and implementing current systems. Your expertise will help analyze current infrastructure against emerging technologies, driving optimal improvements across the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop IT architecture with the Technology Support team
Plan and implement infrastructure changes and upgrades




Analyze technology landscape for improvements
Assist in policy and procedures development for EIT
Monitor technology performance and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:
High School and technical training completion
Minimum three years’ experience in IT support
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Knowledge of networking, servers, and security systems
