Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, lead, and develop a diverse gym staff

Address member and employee concerns respectfully

Complete annual management appraisals accurately
Requirements:
Two+ years of supervisory or management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Robust decision-making and problem-resolution skills
Ability to travel to other clubs as needed
