Reporting to the Senior Clinical Director of Adult Inpatient Service and Psychosis Recovery and Treatment Outpatient Service,
Clinical Care and working closely with the Leadership Team, the Manager (full time, temporary - 12 months) is responsible for
providing leadership in a dynamic workplace. Leading an inter-skilled team that includes Registered Nurses, Social
Workers, Psychiatric Assistants, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Residents, Medical Students and other trainees, the Manager will ensure
safe operations and the promotion of best practices in acute mental health and addictions care. The Manager will work closely
with Leadership and front line staff on program planning and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The Manager will
represent the department both within CAMH and with external stakeholders.
