Perform specimen collection and processing accurately
Conduct tests in Hematology, Chemistry, and Transfusion Science
Maintain high-quality lab standards and patient care

Ensure compliance with Ontario Laboratory Accreditation Requirements Requirements:
Certification from the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
Experience in a core laboratory with phlebotomy skills
Proficient in Laboratory Information Systems; Meditech preferred
Solid communication and customer service skills
