Responsibilities
Convert inbound warm referrals into bound policies for home, condo, rental, and auto insurance products across Alberta
Guide clients through the application, quoting, and onboarding process
Achieve monthly new business targets through proactive client engagement
Provide exceptional service via in-person meetings and ongoing communication to foster client relationships




Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and product offerings

Qualifications
Valid Level 1 or Level 2 Alberta insurance license
Minimum of 2+ years of personal lines insurance sales experience with proven success in closing deals
Robust communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Efficient in quoting across multiple markets and insurance platforms
Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
