SIMONA is hiring an experienced Bartender with strong wine knowledge and elevated service standards to join our Summer Patio team.

We are a high-volume, upscale Italian restaurant focused on hospitality, consistency, and quality. Our bar program highlights Italian wines, classic cocktails, and patio-driven seasonal features.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Italian and international wines (body, acidity, pairing basics)
Confident in wine recommendations and upselling
Ability to execute classic cocktails efficiently
Experience in upscale / high-volume environments
Robust communication and team collaboration
Smart Serve certified
Weekend availability required
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs safely





Responsibilities:
Deliver polished, guest-focused service
Guide guests through wine selections and pairings
Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
Support patio service flow during peak periods
