You will be responsible for maintaining safety, cleanliness, and effective operations of assigned properties, managing both operational and capital budgets while delivering high resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise building managers and maintenance teams
Assist in hiring and training recent personnel




Manage residential advertisement campaigns for vacancies
Ensure compliance with lease agreements and tenant documentation
Audit financial statements and monitor rent collections

Requirements:
2+ years in a supervisory role required
Previous experience as a Resident Manager preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act desirable
Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
