As part of the Design team, you will have the chance to elevate the branding and creative direction within Ent Soc. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to bring ideas to life and develop ideas that will impact the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

As the VP Design, you will be responsible for:
Organize and run design sprints
Ensure consistency among all design projects through the development and implementation of a design system
Work with the VP of Technical to create product road maps
Coordinate user research and user testing efforts
Communicate with partners on the status of ongoing projects
Ensure that the Ent Soc brand is conveyed throughout marketing and design
The VP of Design should also be willing to get their hands dirty and design with the team if they need to





We are looking for a VP Design who can show us that they have:
2+ years of direct work or volunteer experience as a graphic and/or visual designer
Intermediate knowledge in the use of Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledgeable in the latest design trends, methods, and techniques.
Robust knowledge of online optimization best practices
Strong knowledge of printing/publishing procedures and standards
A excellent communicator and story-teller
Comfortable with iterative design with detailed discussion
Takes initiative and values open communication
