Our consumer transportation client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (10+ years) to lead Agile software delivery across multiple development teams.

Join a project driving operational improvements across data product and engineering teams within a leading transportation organization.

This role provides oversight and delivery leadership across multiple teams, ensuring productive, consistent Agile execution and measurable business value.

Working closely with Product Management and key stakeholders, you’ll standardize delivery practices and facilitate core Scrum ceremonies to enhance performance visibility.

This short-term contract supports the scaling of the data portfolio and delivery enablement initiatives.

Must Haves
10+ years in Agile software development with extensive experience as a Scrum Master or process leader
Expert understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts includingDefinition of Done, User Stories, Automated Testing, and backlog refinement
Proficiency with Agile delivery platforms such as Jira, Confluence,



or Azure DevOps
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have
Certified Scrum Master
Experience within data-focused teams (Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Products)
Understanding of data workflows and dependencies in large-scale data platforms

Responsibilities
Guide, coach, and mentor teams on Agile Scrum practices and processes
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, and Retrospectives
Oversee scope, timeline, quality, and deliverables supporting business goals
Establish and implement quantitative and qualitative KPIs to drive measurable performance
Prepare and present reports on team output, progress, and learnings
Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and recent requests
Identify and remove obstacles while promoting continuous improvement
