We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting and managing data within QuickBooks, ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will possess solid computer skills, excellent organizational abilities.

Duties
Data Entry into Quickbooks
Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and cross-referencing entries.
Filing
Support team members with clerical tasks including typing, copying, and scanning documents.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information during all data handling activities.
Job Costing

Requirements
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
QuickBooks experience a must
Ability to multitask

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
