We're looking for a Working Field Operations Manager who is an experienced Journeyperson ready to take the next step in their career. This is a leadership role where you'll spend time supporting technicians, assisting with complex jobs, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping our field operations run smoothly. What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor our HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration technicians.
Perform ride-alongs and provide coaching and technical support.
Assist technicians with complex service calls and installations.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Support dispatch by helping prioritize workflow and emergency service.
Conduct quality control inspections and reduce callbacks.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
Quote larger jobs.
Monitor productivity, labour efficiency, and overall field performance.




Promote a solid COR safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies.
Work closely with office staff to improve communication and customer experience.
Jump into the field when needed to support the team during busy periods.

What We're Looking For
Journeyperson Plumber or Journeyperson Refrigeration Mechanic (HVAC).
Gas ticket preferred.
Minimum five years of industry experience as a Journeyperson.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered a strong asset.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Solid communication and organizational abilities.
Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
