We are looking for a Senior Property Administrator with extensive condominium portfolio administration experience.
This is a centralized role, where the successful candidate will work out of head office to support a few portfolio condo managers with all administrative responsibilities.
There is also a small rental portfolio that the Property Administrator will provide support with.
The excellent thing about being in a centralized position is that there are opportunities to develop your skills as you are exposed to a vast array of challenges when working out of a corporate head office, creating learning opportunities.
This role also comes with a lot of support as the Property Managers, A/R and A/P personnel take on a lot of the administrative work that a typical Property Administrator would.
Position Description
In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to multiple properties with a focus on efficient operations and clear communication with all stakeholders
Tracking monthly expenses within operating budgets.
Ensuring actual spending aligns with budgetary goals
Liaising with contractors regarding large and small projects.
Handing purchase orders and monitoring project progress
Assign work orders to site-staff ensuring all are completed in a timely manner.
Updating maintenance status in work order system
Compiling regular reports to management.
Maintaining records and attending internal and external meetings to report on property status
Respond to afterhours emergencies when required
Visit sites when required for AGM’s, board meetings, special projects, etc.

Experience
MUST have at least 5 + years of experience in Property Management
MUST have at least 2 + years of experience in Condominium Management
MUST have property administration experience
Proficiency with Yard Voyageur a MUST
Qualifications
Condo management experience is a must
Property Management experience is a must
Post-secondary education is a strong asset
Solid customer service skills are mandatory
Strong communication skills are required, as the Property Administrator will have to deal with many stakeholders and attend meetings.
The ability to multi-task is a MUST
