Our airline client is seeking a Senior UKG Kronos Consultant (5+ years) to support workforce management operations and the transition from UKG Kronos Workforce Central to Dayforce Workforce

This contract role supports a workforce management transformation within a large-scale operational environment. The consultant will serve as the primary subject matter expert for UKG Kronos Workforce Central, supporting sustainment activities, integrations, troubleshooting, and transition planning related to Dayforce Workforce. The role includes ownership of knowledge transfer, operational continuity, and validation activities during the migration from a legacy EOL platform.

Must Haves

- 5+ years supporting UKG Kronos Workforce Central administration and workforce management operations
- Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Workforce Administration, and Security Profiles configuration and support
- Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), interfaces, Kronos-to-payroll integrations, and integration troubleshooting
- Dayforce Workforce Management, workforce management transformations, and enterprise implementation or migration support

Responsibilities

- Provide administration and support for the UKG Kronos Workforce Central environment during the transition to Dayforce Workforce
- Troubleshoot workforce management, scheduling, attendance, accrual, and payroll-related issues
- Coordinate with third-party support providers to maintain operational continuity
- Document configurations, business rules, integrations,



support procedures, and operational processes
- Support and document Workforce Integration Manager integrations and associated data flows
- Review and validate Dayforce Workforce requirements, configuration, and design decisions against existing workforce management processes
- Support testing, parallel validation, defect triage, and operational readiness activities
