- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively and engaging atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly with a friendly attitude
- Restock bar and dining areas as needed, ensuring all supplies are available for smooth service flow
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Clover POS for order processing and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and bar orders efficiently
- Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations, tips, and cash handling with accuracy
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
